Increase document size in CJ20N

Dear Experts,

While attaching pdf file to WBS elemnent in CJ20N , i got the following error.

SAP archiving for document type PPE maximum 0 bytes: file has 294 080 bytes

Message no. 26145

I also want which doc type in CV01N should be user for pdf and word files

please guide me to overcome this.
