Manditory Fields in the CJ20n

Hi Experts,

I am a one recuriment is that to make the some fields in the cj2on to make it as manditory. In cj20n i will create a internal activinty when i right click on the internal activity click on the create & material compnent there i will want to make the fields Recipient (RESBD -WEMPF) & unloading point (RESBD-ABLAD) to make it as a manditory field. i had gone through the t-code OICMPD & made those fields as manditory but it is not refelecting in cj20n.

In CJ20n in network header under the tab assignments tab there is field called Resp. cost center(CAUFVD-KOSTV) under organization, i want to make this field also manditory.

I had checked in the SPRO but i did not get it.

Can any one tell me how to make this fields as manditory.

What do u mean by njoy transctions?

OICMPD is for PM components assignment not for PS. Search the forum you will get details for PS Material components field settings.

1.

the transaction codes to make fields mandatory are OPUA / OPUB / OPUC

if you dont get the required field in these transactions, use validations & substitutions.

Either of the above will certainly meet your purpose.

If both the above methods are unable to solve then go for screen variant by taking help of your ABAPer.

All Tcodes ending with "N" are enjoy transactions.

They make the work of an end user a bit easier than the same class Tcodes without "N"

The basic differences are like usage of ActiveX controls, ALV Grid etc..
