We have EP6 SP2 installed and working. We are interested in using the collaboration rooms extensively for Project Managment. Any suggestions?
We want to configure CLP such that team members can email eachother from the room itself and also get calendering info. We do not have or want to install RTC Server. As far as I understantd RTC is for Application Sharing as well as Chat\Instant Messaging. We don't care for these feature to want to spend for another server and install RTC. Though we do want calendering capability and email. We have Exchange 2000.
Anyone has experince with how well the two integrate Ep6 and Exchange 2000? Is there some documentation on CLP and Collaboration Room configuration? Thanks for all your help in advance.
