In ESS portal , under Personal Information tab , you can maintain the emergency contact information from the link 'Addresses'.However , the name of the contact is not displayed in the overview and can only be seen when you goto edit mode.
Also on the ERP side , upto 4 telephone numbers with extension can be maintained for a contact.However on the portal side , only one phone number can be maintained without an extension.
How should one go about configuring or does this require custom development ?
