Delivery time in purchase requisitions for a project

I would like to know. Why SAP set the delivery time in some purchase requisitions according to the earliest start date of the activity and in another purchase requisition the delivery date is the Latest start date for the execution.

The issue is this:

We have a Project with 16 networks.

We have external activities in two networks for services.

After release, three purchase requisitions were created in SAP for the networks.

The purchase requisition delivery date in one of the networks is the same that the earliest starts date of the activity.

In the other network, we have two external activities. In this case, the system created two purchase requisitions. One of them has a delivery date according to the earliest starts date of the activity but in the other one the delivery date is Latest start date for the execution of the operation. 16.01.2013 Why..?

How can I change the Delivery time in a Purchase requisition created in SAP from a Project?

I will appreciate your help..!

Hi. I checked what you reccomended

The scheduling is aligned with activity start date. In case of materials I can chage this indicator to manual.

The activity is for services and there is not Planned Delivery Time.

I have different delivery times in different PR. Some on them are shown in the start date of the activitties but I have a PR according to finish date. I want to change this to start date.

Separate purchase requisitions are created for every externally processed operation or non-stock component, because the collective purchase requisition indicator is not set.

How can I change the delivery time from PS..?

Refer this Note 496962 - Delivery date of a purchase requisition for activity/element, It says in std. SAP, for service activity the finish date will be considered as delivery date. If you want to consider start date then you have to use this exit COZF0001 as mentioned in the note.

Check alignment to start or finish

See if there is nay value in planned delivery time

It is possible to have different delivery times in different PR

Also the configuration for network type controls the number of requisitions - collective or individual
