EP6 Application Integrator - Debug Mode?

Has anyone made the debug mode in the EP6 application integrator work? According to the documentation, if you set the DebugMode to true, a page will display with debugging output before the application is launched. I have been trying to make this work, but it does not. Needless to say the application(website) I'm trying to bring into an iview using usermapping sso is not working. I was hoping this debug mode would help track down what is going wrong, but cannot get it to work.

Any thoughts?

well, i was hoping the DebugMode was more useful too. but unfortunately, all it seems to do is to dump the processed url and sso templates on the screen, along with some property values. plus, once in debug mode, it gives no option to launch the application either.

no, it really isn't much help.

what i've experienced is that sometimes the pages or links etc are cached, either in the browser or by the portal. changes made to iviews don't always show up. so what i usually do is the following:

#1 set the debug mode for the iview to 'true'. save the iview

      #2 log off the portal

#3 in the browser, delete temporary internet files. for ie, it is at the tools/internet options menu

      #4 close the browser.

#5 open a new browser. log into portal. try access the iview again. this way i am pretty sure my changes to the iview (debug mode in this example) are effective.

      good luck.
