Hi Dixit,

You can use the below command to know Hardware Key:

saplicense –get

and also for more details you can see this 1 Command to know Hardware Key of SAP System.

You can find the hardware key with the following procedure:

Log on as <sapsid>adm (iSeries: <SID>OFR) to the host running the message server at the operating system level.Use the command saplicense -get(iSeries: saplicense '-get') to determine the 11-character hardware key of the host.

Kindly let me know if you need any details.

Hi Dixit,

there are several possibilities:

1. In the "Service Market Place" under "SAP Customer Portal" you can find your licences and also the hardware key

2. If you still have the licences file, you got from SAP. Open it by a text editor, there is also the hardware key

3. In the licence manager directory (e.g: c:\programs\sap\SAP Business One ServerTools\License) you will

find a file named B1LicenseFile, open it with a text editor.

Regards Steffen

@Rahul: you wont see anything if the licences server is not running.

Hello all,

have you try it with Administrator Account?

If you use Windows 7 please use Administrator Account and right click: use as Admin.

If this does not work try to check if Server tools run correct ( if you need deinstall it).
