IVIEW with JCO service in EP6

We developed for EP5.0 an iVIEW displaying R/3 Data. We used the JCO service.

EP6.0 deprecated this service. Is there a way to get the iview working on EP6.0?

On EP6.0 the PDK demo programs from EP5.0 are still available but don't work. Where is no statement how to

mirgrate the data in systems.xml and jcodestination.xml from EP5.0 into the EP6.0 System Landscape.
