disabling double click on SAP icon to create new support message

When we double click on SAP icon, it gives pop-up for create message. Please tell me how to disable this message generation from SAP systems.

Hi,

i do not think you can deactivate this.

A workaround could be to implement BADI SBCOS001 and use the statement LEAVE_PROGRAM to abort the popup before it is shown.

But this would also deactivate the function "Help->Create Support Message".
