Sourced SC showing in Buyer's Worklist

Is that a standard behavior that sourced SC are visible in the Buyer's worklist in SOCO? They have zero quantity and cannot be selected for sourcing, although they are visible in there untill deleted by the buyer manually out of the Worklist.

We are using SRM 500 and SP14. I am new here and buyers are telling me that this is new to them and they have to manually delete those sourced shopping carts and couple of months ago they didn't. Appreciate any help from you guys!

Hi

How come quantity become zero in the cockpit?

If the PO has been deleted and shopping cart item can venture to cockpit again for re-sourcing for BUYER action.

Those shopping carts are from external requirement and against contract. They are turned into the POs, GRs and Invoices posted too, and still visible in the Worklist with zero quantity and not selectable- display mode only. Maybe there is something going on with Contracts that is causing it. I checked external requirements and they look fine in ECC.

I found an OSS Note# 1247922 that may explain this- interesting and makes sense, but why is that happening for one specific external source not all. Still checking. Appreciate any suggestion.

Hello,

As far as I know, it is standard if you have created as follow-on document a RFX or contract.

Usually, when you create a purchase order, cart would disappear from sourcing cockpit.
