SBO: Active-X control element error

Hi all,

I have an problem, when I try to start my ADD-ON application on SBO Client, it comes system error : Active-X Control Elements Error.

When I Log-On as an administrator, my add-on runs without problems.

Can someone help?

    Hi Libor,

    I think this must be a problem around Windows user authorizazions/settings, maybe it has sth. to do with the Windows user you used during the installation?

    Anyway, I think the error message is somewhat confusing as it is too generic enough to make it obvious that the problem is about a COM interface...

    Did you get it solved in the meantime?

      Hi,

      I think, the Solution for my Active-X problem was very simple. When my Add-on uses DI API, each client station, which want to run this Add-on, have to install with SBO Client DI API too.
