Crystal Deployement into SAP ERROR: 80040154

I downloaded SAPCrystal from the above link and installed on the server and it is working fine, but when I try to deploy the same in my workstation its giving me an error below,

Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {3EBB8759-E4E3-4D77-B673-C6ESAD529CC1} FAILED DUE TO THE ERROR: 80040154

Please help

This issue was resolved on a provious post with the following information.

You need to run on CR add-on v 2.0.0.7 which is compatible with 64-bit OS. If you have not downloaded v 2.0.0.7, have a look at this blog and download the version.

Access the blog at the URL: /people/richard.duffy/blog/2009/04/01/updated-version-of-crystal-reports-integration-for-sap-business-one

1. Install "Crystal reports Runtime". Try running now.

2. If problem still exists, Try to install the Crystal add-on as a administrator of the local PC.

If your CR add-on bundle does not contain CR Runtime, You can download Crystal Reports Runtime engine from Business Objects Software Downloads from the URL : http://service.sap.com/sap/bc/bsp/spn/bobj_download/main.htm

That version will work on both 64 and 32 bit versions.

The error you are encountering is usually relating to the installation missing the Crystal Reports Runtime.

Is the CR Runtime installed on the workstation where this error is being encountered?

If not please install the CR Runtime for your Cristal Reports version.

Ok and you have .net frameware update as well? Are yoiu running as an administrator or a user on the system where the error happens? Can you try to install again as administrator

Is the Crystal Reports Designer also installed on that machine? Can you double check which version of the Runtime is loaded as well as which version of the Designer is on this system Both the designer and the runtime need to be at the same patch level if that is the case.

I have donetframe3.5framework installed , do I need to install Service Pack 1 too.

I have installed all the software you have suggested but am still receiving the same error but the suprising thing is that it is running fine on the server but failing on workstations.

At this point i would suggest logging an OSS ticket so SAP can work on this issue with you. Since all the suggestions i have provided you have fail.

I uninstalled and reinstalled everything but one thing is that whenever it fail to run I just had to unistall and reinstall SAPCrystal..on some PCs I did like 4 times....but it eventually worked.
