Missing description of the customer in Dispute Management


Hi Experts,

Customer Service has some Dispute Cases with missing information (Customer code & Name).

Fields FIN_KUNNR and FIN_KUNNR_DESC are empty for all the dispute cases created with the last mass creation (pgm run on 28th November by GCE FICO AO) and also in some other dispute cases created on February or March (even if they have the SD Billing Doc linked).

and we are not able to find the job on 28th nov.

Request experts to through some light on this.
