ABAP Program creates ABAP Program. Possible?

Hi,

I have an ABAP-Program as template for all employees in my department. If they want to use it. They have to copy some classes, programs and so on and they have to change at seven points the code.

Of course you can make some mistakes by changing your template for your speciall task.

So the question is, can I write an abap program that creates classes, programs and change the code of the new program. If it works the user just have to enter some arguments in a dynpro or bsp and all will be generated automatically.

    Hello Daniel,

I think it was the "ABAP for Power Users" Session from TechEd 2003. You can get the Presentation from https://www.sdn.sap.com/sdn/events.sdn?page=teched_emea.htm.

    Regards

    Thanks a lot,

I found out that the keyword I am looking for is "generate ...". Unfortunately I found also methods for reports and dynpros not for bsp-applications.

Ok I will open a topic in the bsp-corner.
