Valid date for outbound delivery

Dear expert,

I got the requirement from my customer that they want to block for good issuing if delivery note expired.

Let say: 07/12/2010 create outbound delivery --> 10/12/2010 this one is expired. at that time the DO can not do PGI.

Where you define the Expiry Date period in SAP ? In such case ,you need to add up a logic in the User Exit while taking a reference of Delivery Creation Date as a Reference Date.
