Not able to Print the Report

I am facing an issue with Printing the report from Crystal Report Viewer, this is from a WPF application. This works on the development machine but not on the UAT machine, the report is displayed in the Report Viewer but throws an exception when Print button is clicked. My application is compiled into a dll and the dll is invoked by EziView a delphi based application.

The Error displayed is:

External exception E0434352.

--------------------------- OK ---------------------------

note- I am able to view the report, refresh, export the report but not print.

Below is the details of the development and UAT environments :

Development Machine OS - Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit OS.

Visual Studio 2012 Professional.

My application targets .Net Framework 4.0

Crystal Report used is 13.0.5 32 bit version.

UAT Environment Machine OS -

Windows 7 Professionsl, 64 bit OS.

but none seem to help.

Please suggest which is the correct CR runtime I should be using to over come this error.
