TOP Include

Hi,

In R/3 4.6 when creating a program I was asked whether to create it with an explicit TOP Include for the global data declarations (there was a checkbox ‘With top include’).

In CRM 3.1 (WAS 6.20) I am no longer presented with this option. Is there any setting I should do or this isn’t any more possible?

Thank you,

Mihai

On my MiniWAS 6.20 system this option is still available...

I still get it in a "full size" 6.20 (CRM 4.0). It only happens when you create a program using SE80. If using SE38 you don't get it...

The difference (as someone else has pointed) is the transaction from you create the report.

If you use se80, Sap "thinks" that you want to do a module pool and ask you about the top include (where you usually leave global variables). If you ask for creating, sap will do a modul pool, otherwise a report is generated.

    see you (virtually),
