I would again like to mention the requirement in details over here: I want to use 'valuted stock with requirement grouping' which gives me advantage in terms of having better inventory management and procurement process. But when I receive the stock, specially accounting people are not happy as valuated stock does not get convert into the cost as soon as it arrives. So, now I want that after the stock is arrived I should be able to post the value as expense for the project and then inventory stock is left as non-valuated stock(just quantity). So without sacrificing 'valuated stock 'and 'requirement grouping', I want to make accounts people happy by expensing out the value of stock immediately after it arrives in stock.So, in short cna we convert valuated stock into non-valuated stock?
When you receive the goods the cost (value of the material) will come to project (respective WBS Element). When you issue this material to network activity, the cost will come to activity. There'll be synchronous flow of cost of the material and material.
