You cannot post to this asset (Fiscal year already closed)

Hi All,

Can anyone please help me out of this issue of Fiscal year change?

Actually I am trying to do intercompany assets transfer.

I had checked in T. Code OAAQ, Ccompany Code A is 2008 and Company Code B is 2005.

Now I need to transfer asset from company code A to company code B.

Since company code B is in 2005, am not able to transfer asset which is in year 2008.

Am getting an error message "You cannot post to this asset (Fiscal year already closed)" Message no. AA370

I tried closing year 2006, but not able to do it. Only when I change the fiscal year, I will be able to transfer asset.
