How can I export my developments for R/3 systems out of my landscape

Hi,

Does anybody know how can I export my developments for R/3 to others R/3 systems out of my landscape. I have made several services and need to export them. is this made through any transaction? do I need some special permission from SAP? is there some useful documentation concerning this topic?.
