WAS 6.40 sneak preview and portal iview development

Hi,

I was installed WAS 6.40 developer edition sneak preview. Its included portal application wizard. Is this correct wizard? I'm tried creating one portal appl. But created Dynapage source class is extended PageProcessorComponent.

there is error reported developer studio.

error is "PageProcessorComponent is not resolved or is not a valid superclass".

Wat's the problem?

    I have the same error, did you get a resolution on it? I am running with PDK 6.2.1 so maybe it corrected in 6.2.2, but I also can't find this on the portal itself.

    You are missing the htmlb libraries in your classpath.

    (Btw. com.sap.portal.htmlb_api.jar contains the class PageProcessorComponent.)

    IIRC I put in htmlbbridge.jar... also it was not in the netweaver setup, so I had to reference the file on the mail portal itself.

    Shouldn't it have been in the netweaver setup?
