SAP Data services connect to MAX DB via ODBC?

Hi we have Data Services and I noticed that MAXDB is not listed in the list of databases? that you can connect to when you create the data store. How do you connect from DS to MAX DB? seem strange as MAX DB is a SAP product?

Furthermore, following the warning message and opening DS ODBC Driver Selector there's no sign of MaxDB...

Dirk, since there's no native DS driver for MaxDB we created a ODBC that works correctly from windows.
A connection try returns a "Connection Succesfully" information message box. Instead, once we create a datastore in DS using that ODBC the connection test returns the attached error... Can you help us?

There's no native DS driver for MAX DB. Use a datastore of type ODBC for connection to databases without such a driver.
