Errors with SOAP Adapter

Hi We are trying to use SOAP adapter for synchronous BAPI invocation. SOAP adapter recieves the message but can't figure out the end point. We have maintained proper Repository and Directory configurations to define end point, inteface mapping etc..

Here is the adapter log.
