For the user mangement we use a Database Only (not LDAP). In which table can I find the list of the users used in the portal.

Are you just curious or trying to access this table? I wouldn't try to access the database to read the user info (or any other info for that matter).
its in the PCD database the table UME_STRINGS ATTR lastname and so on.
