Unable to Save report from Inbox to Favorite

We're using BO XI3.1 SP3 (no fix pack) - server hosted on Windows 2003 SP2 and web server running on Tomcat.

Recently users reported that they are unable to save report from their BO Inbox to favorite or vice versa.

I tried with my login (admin) but unable to replicate the issue. Now tried with user login found below error

Once click on Document - Save As; an hour glass stay for ever and upon clicking on error sign at bottom left corner of browser status bar got below error

Line :283

Char:1

Error: 'currentfolderid' is undefined

Code: 0

URL: https:// domin/AnalyticalReporting/viewers/cdz_adv/language/en/html/saveAsDialog.html

note It's working find for me, but not for users. Any clue?

Are the users able to save a report from the Inbox into a public folder they may have full access to?

Can you check in the CMC under Inboxes if the right General->General->Copy objects to another folder is explicitly granted to the user who reported the problem for her/his own inbox?

    Regards,

    Stratos

Are you facing this issue from day one or was working with the user's login earlier and now the problem started?

I am having this exact same problem with only a couple of our users - and they all seem to be set-up the same way.

    Was this issue ever resolved?

    Thanks!
