Putaway Block

Hello All,

I've hit a wall trying to figure out why I am getting a putaway block on my bins upon stock removal when I have the field "Block upon stock rmvl" (SPAUS) for the specific storage type within the storage type definition left blank.

The stock removal strategy is F. Everything else within the stock removal control is blank/unchecked. SU management is active.

Hi,

activation the field T331-SPAUS (Set blocking indicator at time of stock

removal) means that the bin is blocked during

the time the Transfer order is open. It doesn´t mean that there are no

putaway TOs possible till the bin is empty.

You can also consider T331B-SENAU (Indicator: Blocked for putaway after

stock removal). You can find the customizing entry under

Logistics Execution -> Warehouse Management -> Strategies ->

Putaway Strategies -> Define Strategy for Bulk Storage ->

Storage type ctrl

There the flag is named "Blocked for putaway". You may read the online

help concerning that topic for further information.

Just to add, the

T331B-SENAU seems to work (for block removal) in conjunction with T331-SPAUS. Meaning the automatic removal of the putaway block worked when the putaway block for open transfer orders

T331-SPAUS was active, not in isolation.
