Dependent Requirements are falling on Non Working Day

Hi,

I have my dependent requirements for my ROH material on 15.05.2011 which is a Sunday, Non Working in my Factory Calendar. How is this possible?

Details are as follows.

ROH A MRP type PD is required for FER B MRP Type X0

ROH for FER as per system reqmtn fall on 15.05.2010 which is Sunday. What is wrong in my settings.

    MRP follows the planning calender , Not the Factory calender.

    Nilesh,

    Dependent requirement date is coming based on the operation dates or order dates of the FERT, so I would suggest you to check from APO side in the FERT order the dates and why the requirment is coming for a holiday.

    I feel you have maintained a planned delivery time for that material( planned delivery time will take the Calendar day, it won't consider Factory calendar,

    calculate your self

    check what is the reqmt date of header material , and dependent material, and check is difference is days ( it should be planned delivery time + GR processing Time)
