Date in dates tab not editable

HI All

one of my user is facing proble with entering dates in Dates tab page of a WBS element.

I have check with my basis team and i got the information that CJ20N, full authoroisation is given

Can anyone help me out?

Some dates (actual) will only be editable on REL

Can you throw more clarity?

Is it only one single WBSE for which the user is not able to enter dates, (as you mentioned)? Is he able to do the same for the rest of Project / WBSE ?
