Installation Problem "Sneak Preview SAP WAS 6.40"

Hi,

after i download the File SAPinst_SP_WAS640.exe (Sneak Preview SAP WAS 6.40) and execute it, i get the following error Messag "Zip file is damaged, truncated or has been changed since it was be created. If you downloaded this file, try again". I downloaded the file twice, but still the same error.

Can you help?
