Windows CE.NET or CE? not successfully

hi,

i'm currently writing a mobile application with AWT gui für mobile scanner devices (symbol). We got this devices delivered with a pre-install Windows CE.Net Os on it.

The show-stopping thing is, that i can not install ME 2.1 cab files on it.

Does anyone have some information about a way to get ME running on Windows CE.Net devices?
