Negative stock in interim production storage type

Dears,

I have 2 storage types for production supply 100 and 102.

Setting the message L9 040 &1 Available stock shortfall of &2 in interim storage bin as error message and put the flag on Indicator u201Cnegative stock quantity allowedu201D ONLY for storage type 100, the system behavior is the same for both storage types : in case of issued quantity in COR6N > than available quantity in production bin ,the system issues the blocking message L9 040 for both storage types.

Apparently the flag on Indicator u201Cnegative stock quantity allowedu201D is not relevant, it is the message type (W,E..) to drive system behavior. Do you have any explanation/solution for that?

Do you have negative stock allowed swithched on in your storage type?
