No object manager started (application stopped)

I'm new to Netwevaer, sorry if this has been posted before.

I'm trying to do the hands on from SAPTECHED in my SAP WAS 630 with a back end R/3 46C. I'm getting the following error message. Could you please help me in this regard.

No object manager started (application stopped)
