This web page is not available when change Infoview start page

Hi

I've just installed Crystal Reports Server 2008 v1 sp3, Server is Windows 2008 R2 using IIS7 and SQL Server 2008.

It's the .NET implementation rather than Java etc.

I've also enabled Windows AD authentication. When I change the Infoview start page to anything other than the default Home page, it doesn't work. All I get is

This web page is not available

The web page at http://crs/InfoViewApp/listing/home.aspx might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

More information on this error

Below is the original error message

Error 100 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED): Unknown error.

The error is for any user, including the administrator account.

I'm guessing it's something to do with permissions somewhere. On IIS anonymous authentication is enabled for all but InfoViewApp and PlatformServices, which have Windows Auth and ASP.NET Impersonation enabled.

Any ideas? Should I trash the install and re-do it, perhaps using Java and Tomcat rather than IIS etc?

    I recommend using Tomcat and Java version of Infoview over IIS and .Net. It might be related to some blocked ports.
