LDAP and LDAPMAP - Mapping fields

Hi Experts,

LDAP is the transaction to connect with windows directory(Active).

How to map the SAP fields into the LDAPMAP transaction?.

I'm eager to know where these fields are defined in the system and can we add any new custom fields for our mapping? i.e In HR data , if any custom infotype is created, how to map those fields into LDAP?

Any inputs on this will be a great help.

Thanks
