Actual hours not shown in IW38

We have done the time sheet entry and transferred to CATSPM table using CATA. We see the confirmation number generated but when looking in the work order confirmation is still not carried out and also not able to see in AFRU table. So we are not able to see the actual hours in IW38 transaction. We need to get the man hours using IW38 transaction as shown in capture 3.This can be done if time entry flows to confirmation. Please share any suggestion how this can be achieved. users puts the Timesheet against a order and needs to know the actual hours.

Is it possible for you to view the Actual work hours in confirmation details screen?

Also, try CAT9 for transferring the time entries to PM order & check.

Provide the confirmation details screen.

Have a look in IW46 to ensure the confirmations have not been put into the error pool.

Also check your OPKC customising settings.
