UI-Server in version 7.0 (chinese version)

Hello experts,

does anybody have experiences with the user interface in SBO 7.0 (it's the version 6.2 for chinese language). We have installed it with SP1 - but on start the UI-Monitor doesn't appear in the taskbar, therefore a connection through an addon isn't possible (the process c:\winnt\system32\SAPbouiCOM.exe will be started after the Connect-Call with a valid connection string and never come back).
