CRM-CS/PM Notification


Hi to all,

I am new-bee in SAP CRM.

I want to create CS/PM Notification in ECC side for every Service Request created in SAP CRM.

I know there is no standard solution for this case. But i believe that one of the CRM Consultant here makes this scenario real.

I need your advice as soon as possible.

Could someone give advice me about this scenario?
