Installation of UWL without installing KM

Hello,

Has anyone been successful installing the Universal Worklist without installing Knowledge Management first?

We have EP60Sp2 up and running and would like to allow portal users access to their workflow inboxes and our ONLY option is to use the UWL.

I have found an interesting note (#688830) which is suppose to go over how to install UWL without KM. However, there are two steps in the note which infer that the KM database needs to be installed..

Any ideas?
