Offline Mode Input Schedule in BPC MS

Hello

I have Input schedule which is protected and on Sheet options, I have checked "Refresh Data in the Whole File when opening it"

User is trying to save this input schedule offline by clicking on Offline mode, he is able to open the schedule offline.

Issue is - He is updating the data in that file offline and when he opens the offline file in the BPC, it automatically refreshes the data because of that option in the Sheet options.

I don't want to uncheck "Refresh data in the whole file when opening it", Is there any other alternative to take the input schedule offline, enter the numbers and save the data in the BPC?

Hi Dipal,

Instead of using the Offline Mode and the Refresh while opening option , use the Distribution functionality to make the report offline with refreshed data! While distributing it to offline mode the report is automatically refreshed in the process and then downloaded. And then you can use Collect feature to save the data from the offline report.
