Customized KM-iView

Hello,

to improve the usability of the Portal KM i like to add three buttons to the Explorer or navigator iView. The First Button is "Checkin", the second is "checkout" the third is "cancel checkout". The buttons should stay behind the filename. It is possible to do that? Or must i programming a new (or change the standard) KM-Explorer iview?

Best Regards,

Patrick

    Hi Patrick,

which release of EP-KM are you using?

This should be possible through the UI configuration possibilities of Fllexible UI to KM. You will need to create a "Resource Renderer" that contains the desired functional links for every document object (syn. "resource") and use that in the used "Collection Renderer", etc.

Please check the documentation about configuring the KM UI.

    Regards,

    Karsten
