Mapping Runtime Component Unavailable

114 Views

Hi,

We have SAP XI2.0 SP 4.

We are trying to test a scenario to transfer Material Master Idoc from

SAP R3(4.7) to SAP R3(4.7). We have all the configuration in place in

Integration Repository & Directory. When we try to run this scenario we

are getting following error (transaction - SXMB_MONI,

messageID = 35202E124B44C14FA5118804D30CB7B1),

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes" ?>

- <!-- Request Message Mapping

-->

- <SAP:ErrorHeader

xmlns:SAP="http://sap.com/exchange/MessageFormat">

<SAP:Context />

<SAP:Code p1="Exception in handleRequest of server

AI_RUNTIME_LTX: java.rmi.RemoteException: I" p2="[method

call_java_runtime, 2]" p3=""

p4="">MAPPING.JCO_SYSTEM_FAILURE</SAP:Code>

<SAP:Text language="EN">Error in Java mapping service</SAP:Text>

</SAP:ErrorHeader>

We think this error is because of unavailability of Mapping Runtime from

Runtime Workbench as Ping is failing. But Ping is working for all other

components like SLD, Integration Directory, Repository, Runtime

Workbench. Ping for Mapping Runtime is giving following error,

Error Message Request failed. java.io.FileNotFoundException

http://SAPXI:50000/run/rtc

We have checked the configuration of rfcengine from J2EE Administration

& its as per installation guide.

regards,

Bhushan
