A report created in crystal report causes error when sending it to print using the crystal ADD-ON-1 report from SAPB working in remote desktop, the error is caused to send to the remote client printer is the same remote desktop . is important noted that the report is printed correctly with SAP-B1 facility locally. It has also noticed that when sending to print the report directly from the application of crystal report and from the remote desktop print correctly, so it follows that the problem is caused only to send from the ADON-ON installed in SAP and Remote Desktop
the error message is PARAMETER IS NOT VALID.
The problem occurs only with one type of printer and works well with others. The type of printer which has generated the error is a EPSON TMU-220 matrix, tikets exclusively for printing and tested with different types of drivers for the same printer on the client.
