RPURME00 takes long time to process

Hello All,

We recently transitioned to new 3PR Evaluation program i.e we started using RPURME00 instead of RPCALCU0 and RPURMU00

I want to find out the average time required to run RPURME00 for payroll area of 3000 employees

The old programs together used to take around 30 minutes to finish the process where as the new program is taking more 2 hrs to process the same set of employees

Can you please help me on this

This report has replaced the combination of the payroll evaluation RPCALCU0 with schema U500 and the 3PR Store Evaluation Run program RPURMU00. This updated report eliminates the need to create Temporary Sequential (TemSe) files within the remittance process.

Reason#1: Only thing that might cause significant amount of time is it might be because of the retros you may have in this period.

#2 Also on the first time system might build indexes, if not please check the table indexes.

#3: amount of data in the output screen:

Please try with to uncheck the below items in the report:

>>Display Log

>>Include payroll info

>>Additional Information

>>Payroll data

if needed all the items on "the level of details on the double click" section.

This will reduce little bit of time taken.

That was one of the main reasons why we opted for the new 3PR functionality,

I've inquired some of my previous clients and they to have the same issue. the program looks at the employee level and so is taking long process time.

we decided to use splitter program RPCS0000 for now
