US tax reports 2010

Hi Experts,

1.I have issue with W-3 report.In the BOX B and C as I am not getting the W-3 Fields in SAP.

2. Field Code for New Mexico -Unemployment not able to find in the Tax Form (HR_F_UNEMP_NM) and we don't save anywhere in SAP these field codes or may be i am missing out something.

3.Field code on the Unemployment form for NM or CO ,The state Govt of US send these codes to the company and we need to fill it in the Form but we are not storing these values in SAP as far as I know.Please let me know how can we do it ?

4.Last one very Important.

For the last whole year my client was not using SAP Tax reports for the whole year and we have updated Service pack 61 and BSI Tubs 189 2 weeks back.So my Question is to get the correct amounts in the tax reports do i need to run the retro for the whole year and I am sure thats not a great Idea but I am not sure how can we fix this issue.
