RFC Importing problem

Hi Experts,

I am trying to import RFC from ECC 6.0, it is not importing to PI system. All ways it showing "loading" status only. i tested RFC (connection and authorization test both are fine in both systems)connection to ECC from PI vise versa.

I did configuration like below:

RFC destination Type :3 in both systems

RFC Destination type :T in both systems.

what is the wrong in my configuration

Also, Check whether any short dumps or errors are written in the source system.

Hi,

Try to import an IDOC type rather than RFC. By this, you can finalise whether there are any connectivity issues or issues related to only your RFC type.

If you were unable to import the idocs also, check with your basis team as there might be some load or cache error in PI.

Hi experts,

I am getting below error while importing RFC into PI ESB.

RFC:Import not supported

Import failed with 1 error

This can be due to network problems ask your basis person to increase heap size on XI server

wait for 15-20 min , try again

check R/3 server is up and running fine
