Connecting UML-Tools to ABAP-Workbench

Does someone have experiences with the use of UML modelling tools and the binding to the OO Abap Workbench?

Is Rational XDE (XDE4SAP) the only tool that supports ABAP?

Are there other tools that support OO-Abap ?
