Address key generating automatically in ADRC

Hi Friend,

In our issue Address key field is generating automatically in ADRC table. ADRC-ADDRNUMBER

That means when we create customer master Address key generated in ADRC table. In our case we have multiple address key which are generated. Please let me know the reason.

Hi,

Check KNA1-ADRNR, for particular customer. It will be only one

If you check in VBAP-ADRNR you will have  multiple

just check from which table you picked ADRNR

Did you meant VBPA-ADRNR not VBAP-ADRNR since there is no such file ADRNR in talbe VBAP. If so, the VBPA-ADRNR is the same number with KNA1-ADRNR, compare with ADRC there is different address number. I don't understand yet. any idea? How this difference address number triage with same customer in ADRC?

Yes i mean VBPA-ADRNR

and you are correct, the VBPA-ADRNR will be same as KNVP-ADRNR for partner function

but what i am trying to say is if the partner function is different then in VBPA you may get different ADRNR values based on the partner function such as

SP can have 6662

WE can have 6663

BP  can be 6664

PY can be 6665

   Please note, It's just only one single address number in ADRC with group 'BP' or 'SD01' once a customer data initial created. Im sure its SAP standard rules for this, therefore work to all the customers, there must be something trigger  generating others address number in ADRC but most files info all the same except address number.  So I wonder how it would generate different NO n what's this logic for it.

Did you have differenct address number in KNA1 table?

There is only one address record with the customer in KNA1 table.
