Dear Gurus;

I have the next issue when I tried to make a material document cancellation with movement type 108, I used inbound and outbound deliveries scenarios.

The system show me the next messages:

Deficit of EKLA-LWSBB 22.750 TS : 202031 XK01

Message no. M7328

Diagnosis

This message can occur in the following situations:

u2022 At goods receipt:

The quantity planned for the inbound delivery falls short by 22.750 TS.

u2022 Upon a reversal or return delivery:

This posting will return 22.750 TS more than the quantity posted at goods receipt with reference to the inbound delivery.

Fact:

I used movement type 107 (Goods receipt to valuated blocked stock) with MIGO transaction code and 109 (Goods receipt from valuated blocked stock) with VL32N transaction code.

The material document didn't Reference Document Number (ME23n) or Delivery Note (MIGO), can this affect?

Can you help me to understand how the system works?

Were you able to figure out how to cancel that material document?  I have the same issue now and it does not cancel the material document in MBST or MIGO-Cancellation.

I had 3 inbound deliveries and 3 corresponding 107 on a PO line and someone somehow deleted the inbound delivery that matched one of the 107 then entered a new delivery document with all same qty information. But the older 107 does not recognize that. You can not do 109 on that 107, neither you can reverse that

Can you please tell me what you did in your situation? I have to reverse this 107 to cancel attached FI postings before month-end.
