IR does not initiated on call selection - Outbound Call


Hi Folks,

I have successfully created call list and IR created (Outbound activity).

Call List Execution:

Selected call from Call list, it populated account information and correct account and contact selected.

To start recording Interaction rectord clicked on IR, it should populated corresponding IR assinged to Call but rather it create new IR. But it correctly set status of corresponding IR to 'Attempted'.

Almost all the time this happens but sometimes exeptionally it opens correct IR.
