Dear All,

Cab anybody tell me if I have maintained an access sequence for a condition type, but no records are maintained in VK11, as I want the user to put the values manually at the time of creating the sales order, I want the condition type to be automatically populate in the condition tab.

So that my user can see the manual condition type automatically getting populated in the system where he has to put in the value manually.

Rgds,

Indra

Hi Indrajit,

As directed by Vishal, it would be the right approach and in addition to that if you set as mannual function in pricing procedure.

Hi Indra,

The approach given by Vishal is correct and will meet your business need. Just to add, you can create a very generalized access sequence may be at sales org level or at very higher level. Then you can maintain the condition record as zero.

This will help you in reduction of condition record maintenance as well as user can see the condition.

If this condition is mandatory condition then as rightly said by Ainindra you can make this condition as mandatory.

Thanks

Hi Indrajit

As Vishal has already explained you can do the settings. Just to add on if you want this record to always have a value so that the user cannot save it without this condition, then click on the check box REQUIRED against this condition in the pricing procedure. You can avoid filling any values in the access sequence and still have the user fill this condition before the order can be saved.

Thanks

you can do that by MAINATINING the Condition record for Condition type AS 0 (ZERO)

in V/08 maintain the condition type as MANUAL

In V/06 maintain the condition type MANUAL ENTRIES = C

And amintain ghe condition record in VK11 as ZERO
